By commissioning a Vtuber, Emote art or other works you automatically accept and agree to follow these rules and guidelines.

 

 

General

• Please respect my rights to decline your order. Most likely because it falls under my "Dont's" or skill incompatibility.

• Please provide a clear visual reference or a descriptive detail of what is your desired commission would look like.

• The artist can refuse design elements if they are deemed inappropriate or offensive but will provide ideas for an alternative design.

• Final products will always be sent via dropbox link for download

• It is not up to the artist to ensure the design elements presented are allowed for the programs/settings intended.

• It is not up to the artist to ensure the vrm file will work for the programs the commissioner intended. 

• It is not up to the artist to ensure the commissioner's technology is able to run Vseeface and track the movements of the character or other programs.

Payment terms and Agreement

• The payment will be done via Paypal invoice and in USD

• The commissioner will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed-on price before the commission is started.

• The artist will send the invoice when agreeing on a date via PayPal from there the commissioner will have 30 days to pay the full cost and until beginning the character to pay the deposit.  

• The commission rates are only a rough guide to the possible pricing, it is up to the artist discretion to decide the final costs.

• If there are extreme changes/additions to the design that were not originally agreed on during the consultation, there may be additional costs.

Refund/Resell Policy​

• If the commission is cancelled by the commissioner once the creation process has begun the commissioner is not entitled to a refund of the deposit

• If the commission is cancelled by the artist once the creation process has begun the commissioner is entitled to a refund of the deposit

• There are no refunds available for this service, due to the consultation, examples provided, check-ins and photo evidence throughout the process; unless the artist has cancelled, or the finished product is faulty (this is up to the discretion of the artist)

Copyrights

• ​I claim all rights on my art, art requests and/or designs, which allows me to use them in my portfolio or post them on any of my social media platforms and the likes.

• Once the commissioner has paid off the invoice in full, the rights for commercial use is given to the commissioner.

• The commissioner is not allowed to sell the vroid file/vrm file or individual textures.

• The artist is not allowed to sell the completed vroid/vrm file to others but is allowed to use individual textures (skirt, jumper, glasses) for other commissions as the original creator of these files.

• The commissioner can not claim the work as your own or duplicate the design for profit.

• The commissioner is not allowed to use the vtuber to make false representations of the artist

• The commissioner is not allowed to use the character to spread hate speech or racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.
