3.  Complete the form: Make sure to provide details and photos for your custom emotes or Vtuber in the application

4. Wait for confirmation for slot and further consultations

•  The artist will respond within a 24-hour time slot to confirm details and ask questions

• Reference pictures and details of your character will be required to allow the artist to decipher how much time is needed to be allocated, how much the character will cost and whether the designs are in the realm of possibility of the programs used.

• There will be additional costs for Vroid commissions without details and/or reference pictures due to the time it will take to research and design an outfit.

5. Check-ins​

• Progress photos will be sent every 2-3 days from starting date​

• ​Requests for minimal alterations are allowed  BUT can be denied if they were not originally agreed upon OR ask in the form

• Commissions can take 7-14 days depending on the details
